frigelliMatteo Frigelli was born in 1994. He obtained the Bachelor degree in biomedical engineering from Politecnico di Milano in February 2017, with a thesis about the 3D modelling of Nitinol peripheral vascular stents. In April 2019, he received his master degree in Biomedical engineering from Politecnico di Milano. His master thesis focused on the development of a computerized tool for the assessment of the LV chamber functionality through the evaluation of local endocardial strain. He worked for about 18 months as a researcher in the 3D Computational Simulation Lab at Policlinico San Donato, where focused on the advanced post-processing of echocardiographic images. He is currently a PhD candidate at Universität Bern, where he works within the ARTORG Center for Biomedical Engineering Research, namely in the Artificial Intelligence in Medical Image Computing research group. He still collaborates with the 3D Computational Simulation Lab at Policlinico San Donato.
