Giovanni Rossini, MSc

Giovanni Rossini was born in 1990. He obtained a Bachelor degree in Physics in 2013 at Università degli Studi di Milano with a work on the characterization and resolution of the 3D structure of proteins. Afterwards he graduated in 2016 at Politecnico di Milano, receiving a Master degree in Biomedical Engineering, with a master thesis work focused on design, implementation and testing of a semi-automated algorithm to generate patient-specific image-based aortic root finite element models. He is currently enrolled as a PhD researcher at the Biomechanics Group, where he works on the field of computational models of heart valves.
